Leasing original art is a fully tax-deductible operating expense for your company. Rental terms run from 24 to 36 months, with a purchase option at the end of the contract a portion of the lease payments is credited toward the acquisition price.
Each project is tailored: we curate a selection of works suited to your space, brand, and culture. Installation, condition report, and nail-to-nail insurance are arranged as part of the agreement.
